Ordinary Man

I want to mingle with the stars
I want to drive those fancy cars
I have to live up in the hills
And live a life that surely kills

I feel the days turn into years
I got a suitcase full of fears
I want to be another me
If there's a possibility

Can anybody see me,
   can anybody hear me?

I live an ordinary life
I got a home but not a wife
I have to work 9-5
But I begin to wonder why
