Graduation Poem                                    

Every year there is an annual graduation taking place at Folsom.Spoon is a teacher of  poem and writing classes.For this event he is  presenting a new poem,which is to be read by him at the podium in visitingroom for the icluded inmates and invited spectators.

This year,he had written the poem “Questions” – which we hereby present to you:

                     Question

Education is a friendship                                

You treat it with respect

 Love andpassion 

 it prospers

Never let a question

Burning

in your soul

Die unwatered

It´s an appletree

That keeps

Its secret

That it´s a rose

Never let hatred

Get in the way

Of your loving

Never let politics

Get in the way

Of your dreaming

Never let walls

Get in the way

Of your freedom

your education

Never let a foul

Word spoken to you

Out of fear

Dampen your spirit

For a better living in a beautiful world we like to “hit the drum” for nettles. Pick it, dry it, make powder, mix with grape or orangejuice, about 3 teaspoons in the morning and the same in the evening. This is what a human body needs. A strong mind makes sweet music/Peace

12th of june we will play at Trägårn in Borås in the middle of our recording of “viva la france” we will have a few vip-guests that are working the streets just for your pleasure. After all, we are all hookers in the long run

The Swedish composer Stefan Säfsten and his choir “Järvaröster” will be touring in California May 21-31 with the work “Words of Realness” lyrics by Spoon Jackson. Music by Stefan Säfsten, soundSFound orchestra, Rebecca Davant soloist.

On may 25 & 26 the constelation will appear at New Folsom Prison and the concert on the 26th will be broadcasted on radio (kvmr 89,5) 8 pm
